Summer Missionary Assistant (SMA)
This summer program of training and ministry is designed for younger teens (ages 13-14) to experience the exciting joy of reaching boys and girls for Christ. After successfully completing this training, you will potentially be able to help in 5-Day Clubs® in Michigan.
$175.00 for the week

Application Process
Application
You will need to print and fill out the needed application and reference forms. Mail the completed application, along with your $25 non-refundable deposit, to our state office by May 31st, 2008. The application is available in PDF format. You will need the Adobe Reader program for PDF files.
The last two pages of the application are the reference forms. Have your references complete and mail the forms to the state office.
A personal interview will be arranged after the application is received. An interview
report will be sent to the state office and you will be notified about acceptance. This
will complete the application process.
