Way to Give
Can you get better returns on your investments than those offered by certificates of
deposit and money markets? Yes! Currently higher interest rates are available when
you invest in a charitable gift annuity with CEF.
In exchange for your contribution of cash, stock or other property, you are promised
lifetime interest typically paid quarterly or semiannually. In addition to the stream of
income, you receive certain tax advantages.
When you compare the tax advantages and the income you receive from a gift
annuity with your present investment return, you will probably have more spendable
income. That's why many are finding a CEF gift annuity a satisfying way to give more
and increase their own financial security.
The interest rate available to you is based on your date of birth. If you would like to
have calculations made specific to you, please e-mail me in the response form or call
toll free 1-866-563-9114. I will be glad to serve you. There is no cost or obligation for
your inquiry.
