Christian Youth In Action® (CYIA™)

This summer program of training and ministry is designed for teens and adults to
experience the exciting joy of reaching boys and girls for Christ. After graduating from
training you will be able to teach or help in 5-Day Clubs® across Michigan.

$350.00 for the two weeks
(This includes the $50 non-refundable registration fee w/ application.)

Kuyper College (formerly Reformed Bible College) in Grand Rapids, MI

At Kuyper College on June 27 at 6:30 - 9:00 p.m.
(Meals not available on campus for family & friends coming for service)


Application Process


Application

You will need to print and fill out the needed application and reference forms. Mail the completed application, along with your $50 non-refundable deposit, to our state office by May 31st, 2008. The application is available in PDF format. You will need the Adobe Reader program for PDF files.

The last two pages of the application are the reference forms. Have your references complete and mail the forms to the state office.

A personal interview will be arranged after the application is received. An interview
report will be sent to the state office and you will be notified about acceptance. This
will complete the application process.
